支架搬运车液压驱动系统缓冲装置的设计与研究

摘要: 针对煤矿井下支架搬运车重载下坡速度不稳定问题,首先介绍了支架搬运车行走液压系统原理,分析了支架搬运车重载下坡速度不稳定的主要原因。设计了支架搬运车液压系统缓冲装置,该装置解决了支架搬运车重载下坡速度不稳定的问题,保护了液压系统中各个液压元件以及发动机,提高了各个元件的使用寿命|优化了支架搬运车液压驱动系统,改善了支架搬运车使用性能,并为同类车型行走液压系统的设计提供了参考。

Abstract: For the problem of speed instability of chock carrier overloaded downhill under coal mine, this paper introduced chock carrier hydraulic system operating principle, analyzes the chock carrier overloaded the main reason for instability downhill speed, design problems chock carrier hydraulic system buffer means to solve the chock carrier overloaded unstable downhill speed protect the hydraulic system and the protection of the individual hydraulic components of the engine to improve the life of the various elements; optimized chock carrier hydraulic drive system, improve chock carrier performance, and is to provide a reference for the same vehicle traveling hydraulic system designed.
